Arriving at the Spa
You can expect your spa treatment at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa to be tailored to meet your needs. Our friendly staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire regarding your medical history, past or present injuries, whether you are pregnant or other physical conditions that we should be aware of prior to your spa service. If you are booking online, please be aware certain services are not always available for pregnant women, oncology patients or those with certain medical conditions. Please call the spa to book your service.

Preparing for Your Facial
You will be escorted to the treatment room by your Licensed Esthetician, where they will begin with a short consultation designed to understand your desired outcome of the facial, as well as discuss your current skincare regimen. Once the consultation is complete, you will be given privacy and can proceed to change into a spa body wrap, then position yourself comfortably beneath the sheet on the heated table.
From there, your esthetician will begin the facial with a deep pore cleanse, followed by a skin analysis, at which time they will share their observations and make a recommendation for the ideal custom treatment for your skin.

• Make yourself comfortable
Post Treatment
When your facial experience is concluding, you’ll be given privacy to get dressed and gather your personal belongings. Your esthetician will ask how your experience was, and give you some post-treatment instructions and recommendations.
• Avoid applying makeup or other products for 6 hours after your treatment
• Give your face time to heal, avoid picking at your skin or using abrasive products
• Go over your at-home care plan and products with your esthetician
• Plan a followup visit
